The mix has been designed so that 3E elements make maximum use of the excellent properties of perlite, i.e. resistance to temperatures from 200 ° C to 900 ° C; chemical inertness and sterility; thermal insulation; sound absorption; moisture resistance; insensitivity to mold, algae, fungi and algae; fire resistance; vapor permeability; volumetric stability; protection against insects and rodents. No. Thanks to the unique shape and precise workmanship, 3E elements combine perfectly (any differences can be as small as 1-2 mm), and therefore, in combination with a reinforcing layer (fiberglass mesh with facade adhesive), and then with external and internal plaster, walls built in SYSTEM 3E technology are an excellent protection against the formation of thermal bridges better than the walls built using the traditional method in which the mortar promotes thermal bridges

The 3E components leave the factory in a perfect condition. In order to reach the construction site in the same condition, it is necessary, as in the case of aerated concrete or ceramic block, to ensure proper conditions during transport. If it turned out that the 3E element is minimally chipped, you can use the so-called repair mortar while maintaining its high quality. However, these are random events, similar to other construction technologies.

The first layer of 3E elements that stand directly on the foundation does not require any mortar or glue connection. The weight of the entire building ensures stability of the entire structure. However, there is one condition: the foundation must be made “in accordance with the art of construction” leveled with high accuracy in the places of building walls.

The permissible number of floors for a house built in the SYSTEM 3E technology is 2.5 (about 9 meters). In other cases, e.g. in development projects higher than 3-storey ones, 3E elements are great as filling. The walls are built very quickly and they do not require mortar and additional insulation.

On external walls built in SYSTEM 3E technology, a glass fiber mesh with facade adhesive is applied first, followed by any plaster available on the market, either mineral or resin-based (silicone, acrylic, silicate). We recommend the latter. Gypsum or cement-lime plasters are used for internal walls, which is also a market standard.

SYSTEM 3E allows the use of a traditional roof truss. However, we recommend the use of prefabricated roof trusses, which reduces the time and costs of construction. Prefabricated trusses do not require the employment of carpenters who are so difficult to find on the market.

What does the installation of windows, doors and garage doors look like in a 3E home?

Like those in a house built using the traditional method, provided that the rules and guidelines of manufacturers of windows, doors and garage doors are observed. For our part, we recommend a „warm” installation using vapor-permeable and windproof tapes.
