Job Description:
As the Global Brand & Development Manager at SYSTEM 3E, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that increases brand awareness, builds trust, and strengthens SYSTEM 3E's position as a leader in construction technology on targeted international markets. In this role, you will collaborate with international teams of designers, architects, R&D experts, and ESG specialists, as well as international institutions, to implement initiatives related to the brand development strategy aimed at achieving the desired business conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a global brand strategy aligned with SYSTEM 3E's global business goals and growth plans.

Define and precisely position the brand, messaging, and values, ensuring consistency across all channels and target markets (ES, PT, US, AU, PL, NL, KO, CA, IT, HR, UK).

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and business growth.

Manage the brand budget for CEE markets (creation, revision, and execution).

Identify opportunities to maximize impact and ROI within the allocated budget.

Plan and oversee events in designated markets, including brand-building events, international trade shows, meetups, conferences, and events for clients and business partners.

Oversee the creation of engaging brand campaigns, brand story initiatives, and sales activations to increase brand recognition and trust in key markets, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.

Identify potential business opportunities and manage relationships with acquired contacts through CRM tools (Hubspot).
Referral Marketing and Case Studies:

Organize and oversee events in the CEE region, ensuring all elements are delivered seamlessly and meet SYSTEM 3E's global brand standards.

Collaborate closely with SYSTEM 3E's regional sales teams and associated agencies to achieve brand development goals and execute the business plan.

Work with regional marketing agencies to strategically promote the brand in designated markets, maximizing the impact on credibility and lead generation.
Brand Metrics and Data Analysis:

Establish and monitor key metrics for analyzing and reviewing the effectiveness of branding campaigns.

Analyze brand performance data and market trends to make strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports for the management team, showcasing the impact of brand initiatives on business goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with institutional partners (PAIH, Chambers of Commerce, Ministries of Construction and Infrastructure in the respective countries) and other partners, such as resellers, distribution partners, and business partners.

Collaborate with the graphic design team to develop high-quality visual and multimedia content supporting brand goals.

Work with regional marketing teams to develop branding campaigns tailored to local market expectations.
Public Relations and Global Communication:

Oversee the development and implementation of PR and media relations strategies to increase brand visibility and reputation in the respective markets.

Manage relationships with magazine publishers, online platforms, and media partners to strengthen brand messaging.

Serve as a key brand spokesperson, representing SYSTEM 3E at international trade shows, public expert appearances, and media interviews.
Leadership and Team Development:

Ultimately build a brand management team for the designated markets.

Manage, mentor, and develop the subordinate team.

Foster collaboration in an innovative work environment, encouraging the team to experiment with new ideas and out-of-the-box approaches.

Set clear goals and performance indicators for the brand management team, regularly reviewing results and providing feedback.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
-
Minimum of 7 years of brand marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in B2B/technology/construction/innovation sectors.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing effective brand strategies that increase awareness and trust in CEE markets.

Excellent understanding of marketing activities (lead generation, inbound, outbound, advertising, brand awareness, digital marketing) and a solid knowledge of sales processes and sales cycles—supported by industry certifications or diplomas.

Proficiency in defining and analyzing metrics to measure campaign success.

Experience working with external agencies (PR, media, events) and coordinating complex projects involving various stakeholders across different geographical locations.

Results-oriented with a motivation to achieve KPIs and efficiency.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
