Patryk Bolimowski obtained his technical education in chemistry and materials science in Poland, Germany, and Great Britain, where he was awarded a PhD degree at the University of Bristol in 2017. He perfected his skills by coordinating research and development projects in the field of construction materials for applications in the engineering industry. In the SYSTEM 3E, he is responsible for ensuring the quality of manufactured elements and their improvement, ensuring product compliance with existing standards, and conducting research and development projects.

Grzegorz Balcerowicz is a graduate of the Częstochowa University of Technology, where he studied production engineering as well as management and marketing. He obtained a Master’s degree in engineering. Over the years, he gained experience in managerial positions in companies such as EFFECTOR S.A., YAWAL S.A. or METAL PLAST Sp. z o.o. Since 2017, he has been the manager of the System 3E manufacturing plant, where he primarily supervises its functioning. He is also responsible for conducting technological tests, supervising production quality, and launching new production processes.
