MODULARITY
Approx. 70 elements for the construction of external walls, including 6 main elements, which constitute roughly 88% of a wall. Selection of elements results from complexity of the project adapted to the SYSTEM 3E technology. 3E strives to create a complete construction system.
NO ADDITIONAL INSULATION
A single-layer 3E wall does not require insulation with expensive and unhealthy polystyrene. SYSTEM 3E is currently the warmest and thinnest single-layer wall in the world.
QUICK CONSTRUCTION
The dry wall laying technique saves time, thanks to the elimination of technological breaks resulting from the drying of the mortar and wall binding process.
How much does it cost?
The price per square meter of finished wall, including labor, is similar to traditional methods. Most of the savings come from labor time and the lack of additional materials needed. Our clients are small and medium contractors and developers as well as individual clients. The final price will depend on the volume of the order. The safety of SYSTEM 3E products is ensured by meeting the requirements of EU legal acts regarding the use of building materials as well as detailed harmonized standards (EN 771-3:2011+A1:2015).
Merits
SYSTEM 3E received the Seal of Excellence Certificate awarded by the European Commission for the proposals of the SMARTSTACK project - the world's first dry wall erection system that ensures ecological and faster construction.
Intellectual property protection
SYSTEM 3E technology is covered by patent protection in strategic markets - with the largest share of the construction sector in GDP (including the USA and China). Patent protection covers the composition, shape and manufacturing process of 3E elements.
