SYSTEM 3E offers individual clients a comprehensive house construction service in a developer standard, based on typical, individual and adaptation projects. SYSTEM 3E customer advisors carry out the process of building a house from beginning to end, also providing support in formal and legal issues such as obtaining a building permit. SYSTEM 3E developers offer the sale of 3E elements for the needs of smaller or larger investment projects, e.g. single-family housing estates, terraced houses or duplexes. 3E elements can also be used as wall filling in skeleton frames. Industrial halls and outbuildings can also be built in SYSTEM 3E technology.

SYSTEM 3E is ecological because the main component of 3E elements is perlite, a natural mineral with volcanic origins extracted from the ground using opencast method. Perlite achieves a pH = 12,8, providing the best protection against mold, algae and fungi. It is also an ideal solution for people struggling with allergies and asthma. Building a house in SYSTEM 3E technology is also ecological because it does not require the use of recyclable materials, e.g. polystyrene and mineral wool. In addition, the production process of 3E elements at the factory in Radomsko is completely environmentally neutral. We are socially responsible and do not releas any fumes or smoke. We care about the environment.

The 3E elements consist of natural perlite and mineral binders. The detailed recipe is a business secret. The mix has been designed so that 3E elements make maximum use of the excellent properties of perlite, i.e. resistance to temperatures from 200 ° C to 900 ° C; chemical inertness and sterility; thermal insulation; sound absorption; moisture resistance; insensitivity to mold, algae, fungi and algae; fire resistance; vapor permeability; volumetric stability; protection against insects and rodents. Thanks to this, 3E elements are friendly to human health and the whole natural environment

This is possible because the shape of the comb for each 3E element refers to the specific angle of the Morse taper. As a result, a system of self-anchoring surfaces in the wall was obtained. The modern production process of 3E elements means that they are precisely made and fit perfectly together. Walls built in SYSTEM 3E technology are very durable. We confirmed it with a series of tests, i.e. compressive strength, bending and shear of the wall. SYSTEM 3E meets all Polish and European standards in this area.

This is possible because the natural perlite from which 3E elements are made is an excellent insulator. Thanks to this, the heat transfer coefficient through single-layer walls built in SYSTEM 3E technology is U = 0.198 W / m2K, meeting all Polish and European standards. No need for insulation brings one more very important convenience: 3E walls allow the migration of water vapor outside the house. Walls built in the traditional method do not have such possibilities. Styrofoam, as a petroleum product, effectively blocks steam, causing moisture in the home

The 3E components leave the factory in a perfect condition. In order to reach the construction site in the same condition, it is necessary, as in the case of aerated concrete or ceramic block, to ensure proper conditions during transport. If it turned out that the 3E element is minimally chipped, you can use the so-called repair mortar while maintaining its high quality. However, these are random events, similar to other construction technologies.

We use the latest solutions, guaranteeing our clients comfort and safety. Hence, the decision to put our buildings on foundation slabs due to technological advantages.

On external walls built in SYSTEM 3E technology, a glass fiber mesh with facade adhesive is applied first, followed by any plaster available on the market, either mineral or resin-based (silicone, acrylic, silicate). We recommend the latter. Gypsum or cement-lime plasters are used for internal walls, which is also a market standard.

SYSTEM 3E allows the use of a traditional roof truss. However, we recommend the use of prefabricated roof trusses, which reduces the time and costs of construction. Prefabricated trusses do not require the employment of carpenters who are so difficult to find on the market.

Yes of course. In walls built in SYSTEM 3E technology, you can drill and make holes and installation grooves without damaging their durability or strength. They can be used to hang various interior items, e.g. mirrors, cabinets, TV sets. SYSTEM 3E is no different in this respect from other home construction technologies.

SYSTEM 3E enables the use of any heating technique. However, being responsible for human health and the environment, we recommend using one of three options: natural gas, renewable energy, heat pump.

Yes, it is possible. As a technology company, we support all solutions that favor the natural environment. According to various estimates, the use of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, i.e. recuperation, reduces the house’s energy demand by 20 to 40%.

Construction in SYSTEM 3E technology generates measurable savings. They are associated with a significant reduction in construction time, and thus the involvement of the construction team. For example, building house walls with an area of 145 m2 using a traditional method can take as many as 14 days, while in SYSTEM 3E technology – only 1. Construction of such a „shell and core” house using the traditional method takes a minimum of 5 months, in SYSTEM 3E technology only 3 months (of course, if in the meantime, nothing unexpected happens at the construction site). Measurable savings also result from the fact that SYSTEM 3E does not require the use of mortar and insulation and so the customer does not have to buy additional building materials, e.g. cement or polystyrene. In addition, SYSTEM 3E does not require the employment of qualified construction crews that are difficult to find on the market. Everyone can build in SYSTEM 3E technology (after a short training).

For the production of 3E Elementswe use expanded perlite. Perlite is an ideal thermal insulator and a good construction material. In combination with a mineral binder and specially selected additives, we have reduced the water absorption of our material to a minimum (10′: £ 30 g/m2 * s0.5). As a result, perlite does not store water in its structure, and our walls remain dry throughout the entire period of use.

No. The phenomenon of surface water vapor condensation is checked by calculating the temperature factor (fRsi.) For our wall, it is about 0.98. It is assumed that the condensation does not occur when the value exceeds 0.72.

In SYSTEM 3E we see the ecology of our product in several aspects. The building elements are made of natural perlite, whose origin and excellent properties allow a low-energy production process and reduce the amount of water used. Expanded perlite is a highly thermo-insulating material, thanks to which heat loss in a building made of our elements is significantly lower. Lower energy consumption reduces your bills and the consumption of fossil fuels needed to heat the building. It also decreases the CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

A 3E wall is a single-layer wall: it needs no additional insulation or supplementary materials. Therefore it significantly reduces the carbon and water footprint of the building. 3E technology is dedicated to high energy efficiency projects, including energy-efficient, passive, zero-energy, and plus-energy houses.

Our material, combined with its unique shape, has a positive impact on the construction process. The speed of erection and the exclusion of supplementary materials reduce construction waste (up to 80%), water consumption on-site, and speed up the whole process. Less toxic construction chemicals, insulation materials, and packaging reduce the negative impact of construction on the environment.

The material used to make the 3E Elements was developed based on the principles of sustainable development, so it is possible to recycle it 100%. The recycled material shows competitive strength and thermal insulation parameters. It can successfully be used in other components of the ecological body of the building.

In SYSTEM 3E we use all ceiling technologies available on the market. We allow for such solutions as reinforced concrete slab ceilings, reinforced concrete beam-and-slab ceilings, ceilings on steel beams, prefabricated ceilings, prefabricated monolithic ceilings, and wooden beams ceilings. We most often combine our technology with prefabricated ceilings made of reinforced concrete hollow-core slabs or pre-stressed concrete hollow-core slabs.

For erecting walls in SYSTEM 3E we use technology-shaped construction elements. Thanks to their geometry and precision after they are assembled they create a monolithic structure. A partition made in this way is characterized by higher strength parameters in comparison with traditional technologies in both vertical and horizontal directions. When considering a building structure, our designers take into account several loads, with particular emphasis on a structure loaded primarily vertically with secondary horizontal loads. Vertical loads include, for example, the weight of upper floors and other factors such as snow loads. Horizontal loads include wind pressure and wind suction.

Tests conducted in SYSTEM 3E show that our constructions have many times higher resistance to loads caused by horizontal forces. Wind acting on the structure induces bending moments, and the strength of the structure in this direction is characterized by two values: bending caused by the tension of the support joints (fxk1) and bending caused by shear of the support joints (fxk2). SYSTEM 3E EKO+ partitions are characterized by the tensile strength in the plane of failure parallel to the joint surface (fxk1 = 0.11 N/mm2) and the characteristic tensile strength in the plane of failure perpendicular to the joint surface (fxk2 = 0.31 N/mm2). SYSTEM 3E technology has four times the strength compared to cellular concrete.

The thermal conductivity coefficient for the material is 0.072 ± 0.003 W/mK, the permeability for 1m2 is U= 0.198 W/m2K. The lack of mortar does not cause thermal bridges. The 3E elements are designed and manufactured with a precision that excludes joints. Photographs taken with a thermal imaging camera have not revealed any thermal bridges at the joints of the elements.

The precision with which the 3E Elements are designed and manufactured is very high. Because of our high production precision, there are no deviations, and the dimensional accuracy of each block is 1 mm. The accuracy is based on our Declaration of Performance.

In houses built with our technology, we use prefabricated pre-stressed concrete or monolithic lintels. Perlite lintels which are complementary elements of SYSTEM 3E are coming soon.

It is possible to purchase 3E Elements for house construction through a contractor chosen by you. We also offer appropriate training for the construction team.

Of course, Perlite-based 3E elements meet the current requirements for thermal insulation from the Technical Conditions from January 2021 – and thus do not need to be insulated regardless of the season.

We distribute 3E elements all over Poland. We also sell abroad. Contractors who decide to cooperate with us can count on free training and full substantive support in the use of SYSTEM 3E.

3E elements are still available in limited quantities.

EKO+ elements are characterized by high compressive strength (Fk = 1,0 N/mm2). Therefore it is possible to build mixed buildings up to 12 meters high. Additionally, thanks to the appropriately designed geometry of horizontal locks in S3E elements, our structures are characterized by many times higher resistance to loads caused by bending and shear forces. It is evident by the experimentally determined values of the characteristic bending strength of the structure caused by the tension of the support joints (fxk1 = 0.11 N/mm2), bending strength caused by shear of the support joints (fxk2 = 0.31 N/mm2), and shear strength of the masonry (Fvk = 0.07 N/mm2).

The above-average durability and strength of our walls are confirmed by the impact resistance test we conducted. Furthermore, our walls are characterized by very high fire resistance. REI 240 +M classification means the time during which load-bearing walls, which are the partition separating the interior of the heated furnace (about 1200°C), maintain their load bearing capacity (R), tightness (E), and fire insulation (I). The partition made in SYSTEM 3E EKO+ technology has successfully kept its parameters during the four-hour fire test (in the case of 100% design load). In addition, it was not damaged after repeated mechanical impact with a pendulum weighing about 200 kg. The lack of damage after mechanical testing is again a result of the much higher resistance to bending and shear loads, making SYSTEM 3E technology unrivaled in terms of the safety and durability of the structure under extreme weather conditions.
